Helping scale an enterprise SaaS brand through visual design and marketing systems.
As one of the earliest designers at Stackline, I helped shape and evolve the company's visual presence during a period of rapid growth. As the business expanded from startup to enterprise SaaS platform, the challenge was creating a more cohesive and scalable brand experience across marketing, web, sales, and customer-facing touchpoints.
My work focused on building consistency across the organization, helping establish a visual system that could support a growing product suite, expanding teams, and an increasingly sophisticated audience.

Evolving the Brand
As Stackline matured, its visual identity needed to better reflect the sophistication of its platform and enterprise customer base.
I contributed to the evolution of the brand across a variety of touchpoints, helping create a more modern, scalable, and consistent visual language. This included updates to the website, marketing materials, sales collateral, presentations, and campaign creative.
The goal was to strengthen trust, improve clarity, and create a more cohesive experience across every customer interaction.


Building a Scalable Marketing System
Beyond individual projects, the focus was on creating repeatable systems that could support a fast-growing organization.
I developed and expanded design used across:
Marketing campaigns
Website landing pages
Sales presentations
Event materials
Product launches
Brand communications
These systems helped streamline creative production while maintaining consistency across channels and teams.

Product Collaboration
While much of Stackline's software and product work remains protected under NDA, I partnered closely with product, engineering, and leadership teams to help maintain visual consistency across the broader customer experience.
Due to confidentiality restrictions, specific product work is not included in this case study.
