OverviewFollowing a full brand refresh, Little Bipsy needed its paid media to reflect a more elevated, modern identity.
I partnered with the marketing team to translate the new brand direction into high-performing creative across Facebook and Google, balancing strong visual storytelling with performance-driven design.
Over the campaign period, paid media generated over $237K in revenue, reaching 3.2 million impressions while maintaining strong engagement and efficiency across channels.
ChallengeThe existing paid media creative leaned heavily into a “small shop” aesthetic, lacking the refinement needed to compete within a more premium DTC landscape.
We needed to:
Reposition the brand as elevated yet approachable
Improve creative performance across paid channels
Build a system that could scale efficiently while maintaining consistency
At the same time, performance fluctuations across platforms required creative that could adapt quickly and support ongoing testing and iteration.
ApproachI worked cross-functionally with marketing to define target audiences, personas, and campaign goals, ensuring creative decisions were grounded in both brand and performance strategy.
From there, I led creative direction through moodboarding and concept development, establishing a more modern, editorial visual language. I partnered closely with the photography team to art direct a new approach that prioritized natural, lifestyle-driven imagery over relying on heavily designed compositions.
In parallel, I collaborated with the design team to build a flexible system of templates, typography, and UI elements, including button styles and layout structures. This system allowed us to quickly integrate new assets, streamline approvals, and scale creative across multiple campaigns and formats.
Creative exploration focused on balancing emotional, lifestyle-driven storytelling with clear product-focused messaging to support both engagement and conversion.
